Jeff Grant brings a deep personal and professional commitment to recovery work. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Western Washington University and is a certified Substance Use Disorder (SUD) clinician with years of field experience. Jeff provides clinical supervision, counseling, case management, and training services that are grounded in empathy, accountability, and real-world understanding.
As Director of the Olympic Division Clean and Sober Softball Association, Jeff also builds recovery community through sports, offering connection, healing, and leadership opportunities outside of traditional treatment settings.

Rachel supports small nonprofits and agencies in building strong financial foundations, navigating public funding, and leading strategic transformation with clarity and purpose.
